Folders and discussions may be published, i. e. anonymous access across the web is permitted, by inviting the user anonymous as a member. This is achieved via  Access    Public Access   .

This brings up a form in which you select the operation which should be permitted for anonymous users ("Add Document", "Add Folder", "Add Discussion", "Add Note", and "Add URL"). If you don't select any of these operations, only read access is anonymously allowed.

If you select any of the operations, you may also specify if the public access should be moderated. In the case of moderated access an object created by an anonymous user is not visible to others until the object has been explicitly published via  Publish   .

You may later revoke the public access by removing anonymous from the members of the Workspace.
