The user view displays information about online users: name, email address and phone number. The JMonitor lists all users which are contained in your address book and are currently active on the BSCW server. Activity in BSCW means that a user has recently performed an interaction with the BSCW system. Users who are running the JMonitor tool will always be displayed as active within the system.

You may select a user from the list of online users and contact the user by using the context menu (right mouse click). Choose to send an email to the user or open the user's info or contact page in BSCW.
