\n\tCome ogni giorno, il signor Rickens stava andando al lavoro in auto. Lavorava in ufficio dove rispondeva alle chiamate di emergenza delle persone in pericolo.<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tLo stesso giorno, Mark stava facendo i compiti per casa. Era un bambino basso e grasso, aveva un naso a patata e i capelli lisci sparati per aria. Aveva già fatto storia e gli mancava matematica. Erano operazioni molto semplici, infatti Mark era in 2^ elementare. Lui però con la matematica non andava d'accordo. La sua mamma lavorava dalla mattina alla sera, e il papà era medico e aveva i turni, quindi nessuno poteva aiutarlo. <\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tNel quartiere dove abitavano si verificavano spesso furti, quindi la madre e il padre di Mark gli avevano insegnato i numeri d'emergenza e gli avevano detto che quando aveva bisogno di aiuto li poteva chiamare.<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tAl signor Rickens arriva una telefonata:<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"911, qual'è l'emergenza?"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"Ho bisogno di aiuto."<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"Ok, cos'è successo?"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"Ho un problema con la matematica!"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"Cos'è successo alla mamma?"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"No, con la matematica…"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"Hai un problema con la matematica?"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"Esatto, è così."<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"Dimmi pure"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"Quanto fa 8-8?"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"Quanto pensi che faccia?"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"Non lo so, 8??"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"No, fa 0. Hai altro?"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"Sì, 7-3"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tR:"Fa 4. Finito qui??"<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tM:"MARK!!! COSA STAI FACENDO??? Oh, ciao mamma. Ho chiamato il 911, mi avevi detto che quando avevo bisogno di aiuto dovevo chiamarli!"<\/strong><\/span> <\/strong><\/span>
