To adjust several settings choose  Options    Calendar   and use the form which pops up in your browser. The following options are given and you may activate the corresponding checkboxes:

• Appointments made in one of your workspaces should be included in the personal calendar automatically.
• If your presence is not required any longer the corresponding appointment should be deleted automatically.
• Appointments will be opened each in an own window of your browser.
• Appointments should be highlighted by different colors corresponding to their category.
• Appointments should be highlighted by a color indicating events you didn't yet catch up.

To change individual settings of a calendar choose  Options    this Calendar   and proceed as above:

• Appointments created in this calendar should be included in your personal calendar if you are invited.
